Altoona Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 106 bed nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of the Altoona community just East of Des Moines. We offer intermediate and skilled nursing care as well as a secured dementia unit. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay and most insurance policies.
