Who doesn’t love the change of season into fall? Pumpkin bars and pumpkin pie are delicious fall desserts. Pumpkin is classified as a squash vegetable and its fleshy shell can be used in cooking. Most popular, it is used in America during Halloween and Thanksgiving and frequently carved as jack-o-lanterns for decoration as well as making the pumpkin flesh into a pie. Pumpkin is a good source of vitamin A and potassium!
